Who We Are

From Malaysia, For Malaysia

U88Games is an integrated digital entertainment platform built specifically to meet the needs and preferences of Malaysian players. We understand that local players have their own choices and priorities — from deposit methods to the types of games they enjoy — and our entire platform is built around that understanding.

Founded in 2018 by a team of professionals with extensive experience in the digital gambling industry, u88games started as a small online casino platform and has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted digital entertainment destinations. Today, we have over 500,000 registered members and continue to grow every month.

We believe online gaming should be fun, safe, and responsible. These three principles are at the core of every decision we make — from app interface design and game provider selection, to how we handle customer complaints.

"We are more than just a gaming platform. We are a community of Malaysian players who share the same passion — for fair, fun, and rewarding play experiences."

Principles that We Uphold

Why Player Trust Is Everything

In the online gambling industry, trust is not something that can be bought or forced. It must be earned gradually — through consistent action, transparent complaint handling, and a commitment to continuously improving the player experience.

At u88games, we understand this. That is why we never compromise on security, game fairness, or payout speed. A player winning MYR 50 or MYR 50,000 receives their money within the same timeframe — no delays, no excuses.

Every month, we receive thousands of positive reviews from loyal members who have been with us for years. To us, this is a more meaningful achievement than any industry award.

Fact: Over 70% of active u88games members are returning users who have been with the platform for more than 12 months — a true testament to trust and satisfaction.
